We respect your privacy. Below you can read which data we process and how.
AI Chat
When you use our AI assistant, your messages are processed to help you. We log redacted transcripts (without email, phone, license plate, or address) for 90 days for quality monitoring. Your message itself is sent to Anthropic (EU-USA Data Privacy Framework, 30-day retention, no model training). On security events we log an IP-hash (not raw IP) for 1 year.
Contact request via chat
When you submit a quote request via chat, we store your details (name, contact, vehicle, service) for up to 5 years or until your deletion request. Daniel will personally contact you.
Cookies
We use functional localStorage keys for session-ID and language preference. If you agree to the cookie banner we activate Vercel Analytics + Speed Insights — aggregated, anonymous page-view and performance metrics via Vercel. No cross-site tracking, no personal profiles, no third-party cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data. Send an email to info@dtrcardetailing.com with subject "delete my chat data" and your session-ID (visible at the bottom of the chat window).
